Ferney Lee | Project Management

Calder Valley Community Land Trust, in collaboration with the housing association Connect Housing, aims to develop 20 highly sustainable and affordable rental homes to address the housing needs in the Todmorden area. The planned enterprise centre will be located on the former site of Ferney Lee Older Peoples’ Home. It will feature planting and green spaces, creating an appealing hub for work and living within walking distance of the town centre and train station. Connect Housing has appointed The LK Group to manage the project.
