Lily Close | Project Management

Lily Close is a development of 14 new homes in a purpose-built cul-de-sac in Ovenden. Delivered between 2023 and April 2025, the scheme provides high-quality, energy-efficient housing for local families. All homes are now occupied, supporting community regeneration.

We were appointed to provide Project Management and Employer’s Agent services, acting as the client’s representative throughout the project. 

Our responsibilities included managing the programme, coordinating design and cost, administering the building contract, and ensuring compliance with funding and statutory requirements. We also acted as the key liaison between stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and oversight to ensure successful delivery.

 

Sustainability & Performance 

All homes achieved an EPC rating of A, incorporating: 

  • High insulation and air-tightness 
  • Mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) 
  • Air source heat pumps 

 

Solar panels 

These features result in estimated heating and hot water costs of under £700 per year, reducing both carbon impact and living costs. 

 

Outcome 

Lily Close is a successful example of delivering sustainable, accessible housing. Through effective project management and Employer’s Agent services, the scheme was completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard, providing long-term benefits for residents and the wider community.
