EV Charger Installations | Ground Investigation

As part of the UK’s transition towards Net Zero, we have supported Morrisons with the ground investigations for the rollout of elecric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure across multiple car park locations nationwide.

This project forms part of a wider strategy to meet the growing demand for sustainable transport solutions and future-proof retail environments.

Our role included undertaking detailed ground investigations across each site, providing critical insight into ground conditions to inform the safe and efficient installation of EV charging infrastructure. This involved site surveys, soil sampling, and analysis to identify any geotechnical or environmental constraints, ensuring risks were mitigated at an early stage. Working across a range of live retail environments, we maintained a strong emphasis on safety, minimal disruption, and programme efficiency.

This project highlights our ability to deliver consistent, high-quality ground investigation services at scale while supporting clients in a rapidly growing market.
