The award was presented by Michael Lane Director at Willmott Dixon and Scotty Mills a profound performance expert, best known for developing a distinguished career as a member of the Royal Marines. Having led the British Commandos across the world as the highest-ranking Black Officer in the history of the Royal Marines.
