Land Remediation Project Manager

The Role
We’re looking for a driven and organised Project Manager to join our growing Land Remediation team, delivering projects in the Northwest.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in environmental contracting or civil engineering who’s ready to take ownership of projects from start to finish.
You’ll be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and delivery of land remediation schemes, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You’ll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate site activities and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple land remediation projects.
- Liaise with operations, clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Manage site teams and subcontractors.
- Monitor budgets, progress, and health & safety performance.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and industry standards.
Requirements
- Experience in geo-environmental consultancy, earthworks contracting, civil engineering or construction.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and site teams simultaneously, often across different locations.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, particularly those related to contaminated land and environmental risk management.
- Solid commercial awareness.
- Sound understanding of remediation techniques, groundworks, technical specifications, and relevant environmental regulations.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred).
- Full UK driving licence.
