The LK Group, a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy and specialist contractor, has expanded its South West presence with a new Bath office.
The move is part of a wider strategic plan to build on the firm’s presence in Bath and Bristol, where it has a growing client base.
It follows a period of strong growth for The LK Group’s South West operations, and the new office gives the team room to grow further.
The Bath office will be headed up by Simon Leat, who was appointed Regional Director for The LK Group’s South West operations last year, following a string of regional wins including a £4 million framework with Dorset Council for site investigation and materials testing services.
Since then, the team has continued to build its local client base, recently advising Bath-based Integral Engineering Design (IED) on site investigation design and ground investigation.

The LK Group is headquartered in Radcliffe, Greater Manchester with bases in Manchester City Centre, Glasgow, and now Bath, employing more than 50 people nationally. The firm’s current projects include Eden Project Morecambe, Ashton Market, Staffordshire Gateway, Soapworks, Paw Patrol Land, and Birtenshaw High School.
