Flood Risk and Drainage
The National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) supported by the Planning Practice Guidance (PPG) set out the government’s planning policies for England and detailed advice on how to implement the policies.
This includes flood risk management, coastal change and sustainable drainage systems (SuDS). In Wales the flood risk guidance is set out in Technical Advice Note 15 (TAN15) and Scotland the guidance is set out in National Policy Framework 4 (NPF4). Our in-house technical experts are well-qualified to deliver site-specific flood risk assessments and SuDS strategies for your project, from the outline stage to completion.

We can also provide SuDS strategies for SuDS Approval Body (SAB) approval, which are currently required in Wales and are due to be implemented in England.
