A tranche of new appointments means the number of staff directly employed by The LK Group staff growth has grown by 20 percent in recent weeks.
A north west land and built environment consultancy and contractor has laid the foundations for future growth after expanding its team with 10 new members.
The LK Group provides geoenvironmental consultancy and land remediation contracting on behalf of house builders, developers, engineers, consultants and public sector bodies from their head office in Radcliffe, Greater Manchester and three additional UK offices.
As part of its continuing growth plans, the company has increased its capacity and experience across a range of service areas including geo-environmental and flood risk consultancy, Japanese knotweed survey services, land remediation & specialist earthworks contracting as well as air tightness testing.
Despite a challenging 18 months throughout the coronavirus pandemic, the 10 new appointments follow a period of sustained growth for The LK Group, during which it has seen a constant increase in demand for site investigations, flood risk assessments and land remediation work, signalling that the construction industry is very much back in full swing.
Managing director, Conor Leyden said: “Over the past 18 months we have continued to guide our clients through planning and beyond. We have seen an ever-growing appetite for delivering schemes in a range of sectors, matched by an increase in demand across all our service areas.
The sustained LK Group staff growth in both our land-based consultancy and specialist contracting departments is really promising. We have been fortunate to find 10 new motivated and experienced members to complement our existing team and help us continue to deliver the high level of service our clients have come to expect from us.”
