At The LK Group, we proudly celebrate International Day of Women and Girls in Science. We remain committed to empowering women in STEM fields. Despite progress, women still represent just 35% of all STEM students worldwide. This underrepresentation highlights the importance of creating inclusive opportunities for women in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

Driving change at The LK Group

Our commitment to gender diversity is evident—42% of our workforce are women. This balance is essential to developing innovation, creativity and collaboration across our core services, including flood risk assessments, geotechnical site investigations, and land remediation.

By creating a supportive and inclusive environment, we encourage women and girls to pursue fulfilling careers in STEM. We believe diversity strengthens not only our workforce but also the communities we serve.
