We know that our success is built on the incredible dedication, talent, and teamwork of our people. That’s why we recently took a well-earned break from the usual pace to celebrate everything we’ve achieved so far together.
Held at Mustard Tree in Ancoats, a charity that supports individuals experiencing poverty and homelessness, it was a privilege to spend the day in such an inspiring space, and we were hugely grateful to contribute to the vital work Mustard Tree does for the community.
To start the day, we reflected on our progress, recent project wins, a strong project pipeline, and key employee mentions that show the consistent quality of our work. These achievements are not just numbers; they represent the hard work and creative thinking of every single person on the LK team. We couldn’t be prouder of how far we’ve come, and it simply wouldn’t be possible without our incredible employees.
A key part of the day was a dynamic team collaboration workshop. The session brought fresh ideas and insight into how we can work even more effectively together with the right communication style and customer service excellence.
Of course, no away day would be complete without some fun by wrapping things up with a fantastic night out at Electric Shuffle. With great food, drinks, and a healthy dose of competition, it was a chance to unwind, connect outside of the office, and celebrate everything we’ve accomplished.
Although it was close in the end with the top two battling it out for the top position, there could only be one winner. Well done to James for taking home the gold!
